District Elder Larry E. Smith is the founder and pastor of Apostolic Revival Center in Dickson, TN.

Pastor Smith was baptized in 1981 and called to ministry in 1984.  In 1990, under the leadership of Bishop Sherman L. Merritt, God inspired District Elder Smith to start Apostolic Revival Center in Franklin, TN.  At the time, he was worshipping under the pastorate of Suffragan Bishop Carl McCullen.  In the year 2000, the church moved to Dickson, TN and during those years God has led many souls to salvation.  District Elder Smith has an Associate's degree in mechanical drawing and is also an alumnus of Emmanuel Bible College.

Pastor Smith served in the United States Air Force and has served his country in Vietnam, Asia and Europe as an aircraft mechanic.  He was honorably discharged after four years of service.  District Elder Smith has recently retired from the CSX Railroad, where he had been employed for 37 years.  District Elder Smith and his wife, Felitia, also own and operate Smith's Cleaning Service, a commercial cleaning company, serving the businesses of the greater Dickson county area.

District Elder Smith currently serves as an Executive Officer with the First Apostolic Council of Kentucky and Tennessee and is Chair of the Program Committee.  He is known for his passion for ministry and his love for the people of God.
